For our Crampeze Forte tablets, anyone with a history of peptic ulcers, diabetes, gall bladder patients and gout patients need to be monitored closely by a health care practitioner to avoid toxic effects associated with excess nicotinamide intake. Our standard Crampeze capsules are diabetes friendly, however we would suggest consulting with your doctor to ensure you are not exceeding recommended daily dosage of any vitamin contained within the ingredients list.
The amount of magnesium listed on the packaging is for elemental magnesium (Crampeze = 75mg and Crampeze Forte = 150mg elemental magnesium per cap/tab).
Gingko works on circulation, so people with bleeding disorders do need to be careful and take HCP advice. Our dosage for Gingko at a max daily (4 cap a day) is what is recommended for peripheral circulation boosting.
Crampeze Forte is not suitable to be taken during pregnancy & lactation, as it contains Feverfew, which has not been tested for use during pregnancy. Our standard Crampeze can be taken during pregnancy & lactation, however, we recommend consulting your doctor to ensure the product and its ingredients are suitable for you.
The maximum daily dosage of Crampeze is 4 capsules, and the maximum daily dosage of Crampeze Forte is 2 tablets.
